THIS APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. COOPERWARE DIGITAL LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOPERWARE DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
BY USING THIS APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION AGAINST COOPERWARE DIGITAL LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE OR BRING ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST COOPERWARE DIGITAL LLC FOR ANY REASON RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS APPLICATION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Featherstack Digital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the application.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your display name, username, and household information. We also collect data related to your use of the app, such as egg tracking records, task completions, and feed posts.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This includes enabling household collaboration features, generating statistics and reports, and personalizing your experience within the app.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with members of your household within the app. We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must maintain the security of your account credentials.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the app. By posting content, you grant Featherstack Digital LLC a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app for household collaboration purposes.
Users may not: (a) use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems; (c) upload malicious content or software; (d) impersonate other users or entities; or (e) use the app for any commercial purpose without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Historical tracking data (eggs, tasks, feed posts) is retained to provide you with statistics and reporting features.
Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.
You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting us. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
We maintain regular backups of our systems to ensure data integrity and availability. Backups are securely stored and encrypted.
